Refund Policy


We want you to love your purchase. Many of our items are large and heavy, making shipping costs significant. Please review product descriptions and dimensions before making a purchase.

Sales are generally considered final.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete a return, we require a proof of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping fee at the carrier’s rate. Keep in mind that we are often offering you a discounted shipping fee. Expect the shipping fee to be more when your carrier calculates the cost. See also, partial refunds.

Any item marked as a Final Sale, including but not limited to discontinued items and custom orders, are always non-returnable. Gift Cards are always non-returnable.

If you would like to file a claim for a damaged item, we require you to contact us at with your return request before sending product. Many of our products are handmade, making them inherently and purposefully imperfect. Dimensions are an approximation.

We do not guarantee that we will accept any claims for refunds or returns.

If a box is damaged externally and the delivery person is present, you must document the damage with the delivery company. Document the damage by making a notation on the acceptance paper/signature sheet/claim form/etc that the box is damaged externally.

Please do not send back any damaged product without first filing a claim and receiving our response. Do not send any product to our mailbox address.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. If you received a shipping discount or free shipping, we may recoup the shipping expense which we incurred on the original delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items are all final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at to file a claim.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
